By accessing the gwin Platform, creating an Account, or using any service offered by gwin, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with gwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gwin Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on gwin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
gwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the gwin Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
gwin conducts identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request, including providing copies of valid identification documents.
gwin reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading, or where registration would violate applicable law or regulation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your gwin Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
You must notify gwin immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. gwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
gwin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. gwin may, at its discretion, require 2FA for certain Account actions, including large withdrawals or changes to registered payment methods.
Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. gwin is entitled to treat all instructions received through your Account as having been given by you.
All transactions on the gwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the gwin cashier section and may vary by payment method.
Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and Philippine debit cards. gwin does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. gwin may request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
gwin processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within approximately 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing times. gwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
gwin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider for details.
gwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, which form part of these Terms when read together.

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
You may close your gwin Account at any time by contacting gwin support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no withdrawal restrictions apply.
gwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gwin reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money Balances will be returned subject to the outcome of any investigation into the breach.
gwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gwin will notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the gwin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
gwin operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
In the event of a dispute between you and gwin arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transaction records, gwin's server logs and records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the relevant facts, unless you can demonstrate a clear error in those records.
